I currently work in the education sector and my holidays are limited to the usual peak season, high price bracket times of the year. Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful to have the time off that I have to explore and entertain my travel bug but it can be pricey. So, this blog is a guide to the places I have escaped to, with some, hopefully useful, information on flights and accommodation as well as sights I saw during as many midterms, summer breaks, long weekends and Christmas holidays as I could use up!
